Stephen Brown BA Since becoming research officer for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1988, Stephen Brown has been involved in seeking to develop and enhance the status and capabilities of the property research community. Included within this have been such initiatives as the RICS "Cutting Edge" property research conference, the RICS/Routledge book series, "Issues in Real Estate and Housing", and contributing to the technical seminar programme of the SPR.
