| David Cadman David is the co-founder of, and now consultant to, Property Market Analysis (PMA), a leading independent UK property market consultancy, specialising in market analysis and forecasting. Formerly Professor of Land Appraisal at Reading University, he is now a Visiting Professor of Planning at the Bartlett School of Architecture, Planning and the Built Environment, an advisor to the UCL School of Public Policy and a Fellow of Wolfson College, Cambridge. He has recently formed a new venture, known as Environmental Governance, which is a consultancy working with property companies, investors and asset managers to help them formulate and implement environmental policy and action. |
