Mark Charlton

Mark graduated from the University of Warwick with degree in Management Science many years ago. His 20 years of real estate research experience encompass Sainsbury, Prudential Portfolio Managers, Eagle Star Properties and Lambert Smith Hampton where he was head of research. In October 2000 Mark joined PricewaterhouseCoopers' Real Estate Hospitality and Leisure team with responsibility for providing European real estate research. He works closely with research colleagues in the US to ensure regular cross-flow of information and business leads.

Mark has been a member of the SPR since 1988 and joined the Committee in 2000.

Mark's leisure activities include chauffeuring his two children around SW London, classic cars, motorsport, squash (getting worse) and world travel.
