Peter Evans

Peter is the Research Director of DTZ having established a research capability within the company in the early 70s.  He has produced a wide variety of reports and articles covering many aspects of commercial property but with a particular focus on occupiers' locational and property requirements and flows of money into the commercial property sector.  He has undertaken a variety of consultancies both in the UK and Europe on behalf of a range of clients although the main focus of his work remains the expansion of research support facilities within DTZ.
