| Stuart Milford Stuart is Senior Property Analyst at Morley Fund Management. He joined the Investment Industry in 1983. His main responsibilities are performance measurement, property valuation, investment appraisal and management information. Stuart joined Norwich Union Investment Management (NUIM) in 1983. He worked as an Actuarial Assistant in various different departments within Norwich Union, including the Economics/Research team in NUIM and NU Group Actuarial. He returned to NUIM as a Property Analyst in 1988. Stuart holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia. As well as being a committee member of the Society of Property Researchers (he was the author of the 1997 and 2001 SPR Salary Survey Reports) he sits on the Investment Property Databank PAS (Portfolio Analysis Service) Consultative Group. Stuart has also worked on joint RICS/IPF Working Party on Property Worth. |
