Rupert Nabarro

Rupert is an economist with extensive expertise in property markets, investment analysis, urban research and economic development. He is Joint Managing Director at Investment Property Databank (IPD), which he established in 1985, with the goal of providing performance measurment services which would put property information on an equal footing with that in other investment markets.

He has authored books and articles on both property and urban economics. Rupert was educated at Oxford (BA in PPE) and University College London (MPhil in Town Planning). After early training at the Economist Intelligence Unit and Schroders, he joined Roger Tym and Partners, where for eleven years he was in charge of the firm's UK urban economic work.
