| BEN SANDERSON Ben joined Prudential Property Investment Mangers Ltd in January 2003 where he is responsible for leading PruPIM's market analysis and forecasting team for UK property markets. His work provides insights for strategy and inputs into the position of property within the multi-asset allocation process. For PruPIM's international investments, Ben is also responsible for research and strategy in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Prudential, Ben had over a decade of business and academic experience as an economist and property researcher, most recently leading the Japanese research team for Jones Lang LaSalle and was based in Tokyo during 2002. Prior to that Ben was Jones Lang LaSalle's senior European economist based in London as part of the European research group. He has been a member of the Society of Property Researchers for 5 years and joined the committee in November 2003. Ben is also on the steering group which jointly convenes the SPR's Investment Special Interest Group. When he has time away from property research, Ben's interests include Japanese literature, fine wines, sumo wrestling and rugby league |
