Catherine is a Senior Analyst in the EMEA Research and Consulting team at CBRE where she has worked since 2005. Since 2011 she has focused on capital markets research, working alongside the European Capital Markets team, as well as advising external clients, such as CBREi and Legal & General. Prior to this, Catherine specialised in the European office markets, working closely with the Global Corporate Services team to support corporate clients such as RBS and Morgan Stanley. Over the years, her contribution to CBRE also involved work relating to CBRE corporate business planning and EMEA-wide business performance.

Catherine holds a BA (Hons) in Experimental Psychology from Magdalen College, Oxford and a Masters in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Reading University.
