Emma joined PRUPIM earlier this year as a Senior Research Analyst, focussing on the UK and European commercial property markets. Her responsibilities include the production of forecasts and strategy for PRUPIM’s funds, research publications and also bespoke research projects.

Emma has eight years of experience in real estate research, which has included working for ING Real Estate Investment Management and Cushman & Wakefield. Emma has a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick and holds the Investment Management Certificate, level one of the CFA and the IPF Diploma.
