Daryl Perry is a Senior Researcher who joined GVA in 2007. Daryl specialises in the Central London office market, authoring a quarterly report and preparing presentations and pitches on office development and demand. Daryl regularly produces office development maps and capacity studies. He works closely with the Central London office agency teams. Daryl has a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Studies, and an MA in International Relations, both from the University of Warwick.
