Brett Robinson is a director and founder of Seven Dials Fund Management.  Since its inception Seven Dials has focused on financial modelling and research into European property markets and funds.  Research interests include valuation, portfolio construction and risk management.  Seven Dials also wrote the original Guide to Commercial Property for Financial Advisers, sponsored by the BPF, IPF and RICS.  Prior to founding Seven Dials, Brett was a Director of Guardian Asset Management, with responsibility for £7bn of Life Fund assets, including £700m of property.  Brett holds an MBA from London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.  Brett is also a member of the IPF and a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors.
