Henri is an Associate Director within the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Real Estate Finance Strategy and Research Team where she is responsible for providing real estate risk consultancy to the company’s Corporate and Institutional Banking Division.  Working closely with teams across the RBS Group, she is responsible for providing in-depth analysis on the real estate debt market landscape as well as identifying and interpreting key financing and risk management trends.  Her contribution to the group’s Real Estate Finance strategic direction involves advising on business development and strategic planning.

 

Prior to joining RBS, Henri worked as a Quantitative Risk Analyst in PRUPIM’s Property Research Team where she led the internal development of PRUPIM’s proprietary portfolio and asset risk integrated system, as well as acting deputy to the director of Property Derivatives.  During her time there she was seconded to the M&G Portfolio Management Group’s Asset Modelling and Research team to review the property assumptions in a multi-asset class framework.  Henri began her property research career working on the Central London Office market at Estates Gazette Interactive.

 

Henri graduated from University College London with a First Class Honours Degree in Statistics, Computing, Operational Research and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Statistics. She has been on the committee of the Society of Property Researchers since 2008, and is Consultant to the Chinese Property Professionals Society as well.  Henri is also a member of the Association of Property Bankers, the Investment Property Forum and the Society of Location Analysis.  Her research interests include real estate finance, quantitative and portfolio risk, sustainability, Sharia compliant investment, real options and property derivatives.
