SPR Summer drinks

This year’s annual summer drinks saw a return to the Alexander Hay (previously Balls Brothers).We were delighted to see over 70 SPR members taking advantage of a lovely summers’ evening to quench their thirst with a cold drink and discuss the big questions of the day with fellow researchers. The event was once again exclusively sponsored by MSCI RCA and Datscha. MSCI recently acquired Real Capital Analytics and Datscha in September of 2021 who previously kindly sponsored this event.

It was great to see both newer members and long-standing members enjoying catching up and socialising with their peers. With many people now living further from London and enjoying a hybrid working week the opportunity to meet in person was very much welcomed.

The drinks signal the start of the summer holidays with a quieter period over August before the events resume back in September. The events are shaping up nicely for the Autumn with the next big social event being the Annual Dinner returning on 17 November after a two-year hiatus.
