Lucy Greenwood, Director, Residential Research and Consultancy, Savills - Dr Lucy Greenwood is a Director within the Residential Research Consultancy team at Savills. She joined Savills in 2013 and specialises in UK wide development research. Lucy spends much of her time working on bespoke strategic, development and investment reports for a wide range of clients. This involves answering a broad range of questions from potential absorption rates on sites and suitable mixes of tenures to buyer profiles and the impact of placemaking. Lucy is vice-chair of the Society of Property Researchers, a member of the ULI and presents at a variety of seminars and events. Before joining Savills she completed a PhD in Geology at the Open University after studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.

Emma Grew, Associate Director, Alternatives Property Research, M&G Real Estate - Emma is responsible for the Alternatives’ sectors at M&G Real Estate, with a particular focus on the UK residential market. Her role includes the provision of market views, strategic analysis and thought leadership on the sectors, as well as supporting specific investment opportunities. During her time at M&G, Emma has worked on both the UK and European commercial property markets and has also led the provision of high-level global strategy. Emma has more than 15 years’ worth of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to her current role, Emma held a series of positions at Hearthstone Investments, a specialist residential fund manager, ING Real Estate Investment Management, and Cushman & Wakefield, with a focus on forecasting and strategy across the UK and Europe. Emma is also a former committee member and honorary secretary of the SPR.
Lawrence Bowles, Director, Savills Research - Lawrence specialises in Build to Rent, senior housing, and student accommodation. He manages the production of Savills residential market forecasts and is a regular contributor in the media and on the Savills Real Estate Insights podcast.
Michael Adefuye, Senior Research Manager, Alternatives, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) - Michael is a strategist in LGIM’s Real Asset division. Michael is responsible for research in the UK Alternatives sectors including Build to Rent & Student Accommodation. Michael joined LGIM in September 2019 and has over 13 years’ experience in real estate research and analysis. Prior to joining LGIM, Michael led market research at Grainger plc and has worked for several institutions including Countrywide and IPD (now MSCI).
