Travis Perkins implemented its first multi use model at St Pancras. The development compromises 48,330 sqf of employment use with student housing for 572 people above the redeveloped branch.
The development has proved successful for Travis Perkins trading branch, successful student accommodation for Unite and greatly improved the local environment for neighbours.
The development has influenced mixed use development proposed in the draft London plan.
