Webinar: Operational Real Estate in Practice

In the second part of the SPR’s series on operational real estate, this webinar will explore the practicalities of facilitating operational uses within real estate.

Operational real estate is becoming increasingly widespread in the real estate industry. Occupier desire for shorter, more flexible leasing arrangements and space-as-a-service means it is likely to gather more momentum over the coming years.

Join us to hear our esteemed panel explore the aspects building owners and managers need to consider to ensure buildings are fit-for-purpose in fulfilling the needs of operational businesses and to contribute to the discussion.
