SPR 2020 Research Prize Winners Webinar

The winners of the 2020 Research Prize present their paper.

The 2020 Open Category SPR Research Prize has been awarded to joint authors Simon Wallace (DWS), Farhaz Miah (Hines) and John Platt (PMA), for their paper, ‘Last Hour Logistics’.

The paper explores how a focus on delivery times rather than distance to consumers can highlight the locations where logistics occupiers can find best value and investors can achieve rental outperformance. The analysis uses data from customer analytics specialist CACI and DWS Group to compare the highest online spend potential within a 60-minute drive time with rent and land values.

This event will consist of a short presentation by the speakers, followed by a panel discussion.
