Joint SPR/IPF Webinar: Global Real Estate Outlook

Taking stock: The Covid-19 recovery and real estate markets and investment flows across the globe.

The Corona pandemic and the measures to contain it have sent the world economy into a deep recession and disrupted real estate markets and capital flows. Investors are carefully monitoring how the economic recovery evolves as the full impact of the crisis becomes more and more visible. In this webinar, we’ll take stock of the impact the crisis had and has on the major regions and what state markets across the globe are in. This being an online seminar offers us the opportunity to have a “global” event and we are thrilled to be joined by local experts from the major world regions. The session starts with a global economic overview and a look at the latest investment flows data before we discuss the latest views from our panellist.
