Annabel joined M&G Real Estate in May 2016. Her principal responsibilities include the analysis and formation of forecasts for the UK retail sector and alternative sectors and for North America. She collaborates with the research team to translate the house view into fund investment strategies and works on a number of bespoke research projects. Prior to joining the business, Annabel worked in consultancy at AECOM for nearly three years. There she provided research and analysis on a range or property sectors within the EMEA region and also undertook market and financial feasibility analysis as well as working on concept development, development programming and strategic planning.  Annabel has a BA in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
