Hamish is the Head of UK Research and Strategy at Savills Investment Management. He is responsible for analysing the latest economic and property market trends and assessing the implications for occupier and investment markets which supports the investment teams and strategy development. 
 
Prior to joining Savills Investment Management, Hamish worked for Capital Economics, analysing and forecasting the outlook for European commercial property markets. He has also worked as an economist for RBS (partly covering the UK property market) and the World Trade Organization. Hamish holds a master’s degree in economics.
