Matteo has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He's currently Senior Research Analyst at Savills Investment Management. He joined in July 2019 and he covers Southern Europe and France. Prior to that Matteo was an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked in the European Forecasting team for almost 5 years. Matteo has also worked at Aviva Investors as Real Estate Analyst and at IPD (now MSCI Real Estate) as Senior Research Analyst. Previously he was based in Milan (Italy), where he worked at ING Real Estate Investment Management (now CBRE Global Investors) as Investment Analyst and at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) as Research Analyst. Matteo has a 4-year degree in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.
