Mhairi Thomson is an Associate Director of Offices at BNP Paribas Real Estate, specialising in the Central London market.
Mhairi holds a degree in Real Estate Surveying from Edinburgh Napier University, with an additional focus on architecture and planning & development.
She began her career at CoStar in early 2018 as a Tenant Research Associate, before moving to the Property Research Department as a Portfolio Research Associate.
She then moved to Avison Young, to join the Innovation team as a Data Analyst, before narrowing down her focus to become a Senior Office Analyst. In this role she provided market insight on the London office market, with quarterly reporting, thought pieces, data analysis and presentations.
Mhairi is also a member of the British Council for Offices.
