Oliver is an Associate Director and UK Deputy Chief Economist at Colliers International. He is responsible for various publications, including the UK Property Snapshot, Scotland Property Snapshot and Real Estate Investment Forecasts report. He regularly represents Colliers at client and industry events and his past speaking engagements include the Multimodal Seminar in Birmingham and the Baltic Real Estate Leaders Forum in Riga.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, Oliver worked as an economist for IHS Markit and held a position as economic consultant at the Centre for Economics and Business Research. Oliver holds an MSc in Economics from Exeter University and a BA in Economics from Georg-August University Göttingen. Outside of work, Oliver is a keen triathlete and has competed at the 2019 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France.
