Oliver Kummerfeldt is European Real Estate Analyst at Schroder Real Estate Investment Management (SREIM), providing research, insights and forecasts for commercial real estate across continental Europe.

In this position, he helps to develop Schroders investment strategy and assists leadership, transaction- and asset managers in decision making. He joined Schroders in 2014 and is based in London. Before joining Schroders, Oliver was an Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (now JLL), where, between 2006 and 2014, he held various roles in the EMEA Real Estate Research team in Hamburg and London.

He studied economics, law and geography at Hamburg University and holds the German “Diplom”-degree in geography.
