Rad joined the research team at Carter Jonas in January 2022 after nearly 5 years of working in the CoStar Analytics team. He is responsible for analysing trends across the UK markets, with the main focus on offices, industrial, and retail. Rad holds MSc in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Henley Business School, University of Reading, and a BA in Business & Finance from Heriot-Watt University. In addition, he is obsessed with big data and did several courses in coding, big data analysis, data science, and automatization.
