Will specializes in topic and trend based research applying 'real life' issues to industrial and logistics property to aid business decisions. He also produces multiple 'thought-leadership' pieces on key issues and trends in the market such as his recent Port-centric logistics document created in conjunction with Libra Europe Consulting, the U.K. Major Ports group, ABP and DP World.
Will regularly presents to clients on these issues and has appeared at the UK warehousing association conference, multiple RICS events and others.
Will is a member of the IAS, CILT and a committee member of the Society of Property Researchers.
