Zuhaib is an Associate Strategist within LaSalle Investment Management’s European Research & Strategy team. His primary function is to monitor the UK property market with a view to defining fund strategies and assessing acquisition opportunities. Zuhaib works closely with the fund managers and wider investment teams across a spectrum of mandate styles and sizes, specialising in risk management, particularly around covenants. A major part of his role involves overseeing and maintaining strategic tools aimed at identifying target markets and assessing portfolio risks. Zuhaib joined LaSalle in 2010 and holds a MSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Surrey.
