Jeremy Kelly is director in Global Research at JLL, responsible for several of the company’s flagship global research programs including Global Real Estate Transparency, Global Real Estate Perspective and JLL’s Cities Research.  Jeremy has over 35 years’ experience in commercial property market analysis and advisory work.  Jeremy currently serves on the World Economic Forum’s Cities and Urbanisation Global Future Council, and in 2021 was appointed as a Deputy on WEF’s Real Estate Industry in Action Group.
